Golf Plus

The Golf Plus model of the label applicator is the most advanced and, at the same time, the most versatile model of a label head available from Promark Produkcja. This model, thanks to the large number of accessories available, is adaptable for most of the requirements that are placed on equipment of this type in today's industry.

In addition to a reliable design, the Golf Plus features industry-unique technological solutions like the proprietary QRC (Quick Roll Changeover) system, which allows consumables to be changed in under 1 minute.

Thanks to the high-performance drive, the machine can operate at speeds of up to 64 m/min (optionally up to 100 m/min).

The intuitive 7-inch touchscreen control panel provides a wide range of functionality and operator conveniences in addition to clear operation. The machine comes standard with a built-in memory of 50 programs (expandable to 350 programs) of labeling, where all the settings for a given product batch can be stored, as well as a notebook of settings where operators can input additional information.

The operating menu, enriched with a built-in graphical user manual, successfully allows frequently rotating line service personnel to learn how to work with the device quickly.

The Golf Plus labeling machine also supports high-performance production lines by supporting Tandem System technology. This solution allows the line to operate effectively and efficiently without unnecessary production downtime.

Golf Plus also means that the operation of various actuators can be unified and controlled from a single control panel. The Golf Plus software makes it possible to control external solenoid valves and inverters by setting basic parameters to these components for their operation and defining delays and tripping times.

The Golf Plus print head control system allows it to work with popular TTO or CIJ printer models on the market and allows you to add partial variable data to the label.

The Golf Plus is also available in a variant with smaller external dimensions that can be more easily integrated into packaging machines (mini version) and in a version that supports wider labels (Golf Plus 200).
