Bravo

The Bravo model labeling machine is a versatile and efficient labeling head suitable for a wide range of applications.

Thanks to its compact design and ability to work with an encoder, it can be successfully used both in simple installations at production conveyors or installed inside various types of packaging machines (e.g. horizontal or vertical machines).

The standard version of the device has a two-line control panel with a built-in memory of 20 labeling programs, which effectively reduces the time required to change the production format.

The ability to use the "park" function after each label format change, reduces the time required to calibrate the machine's operation when starting with a new label format.

If you want to use extended functionalities, it is possible to equip the machine with an external 7-inch touch panel with a clear and intuitive menu. The panel comes on a 3m (optionally up to 10m) cable and allows it to be installed at a place that is convenient for the operator, even when the label applicator is working in a hard-to-reach location.

The Bravo print head control system allows it to work with popular TTO or CIJ printer models on the market and allows you to add partial variable data to the label.

The machine is available in a mini version (easier installation on packaging machines due to reduced external dimensions) and in a version with a type PA3 pneumatic applicator (label application in places where access with a classic mechanical applicator is difficult or impossible).
