TBF Tandem and BF Tandem series

The Compact TBF Tandem, BF Tandem Plus, and BF Tandem are a series of machines that operate on the industry's unique 365/25 System, which, thanks to a series of design solutions, allows for viable operation without downtime and minimal maintenance time throughout the annual production.

Machines in this group are high-performance machines designed to apply labels to the bottom and/or top surface of a product moving in line and also allow variable information to be added to each head using TTO or CIJ technology.

Thanks to the implementation of intelligent logic algorithms, the labeling heads of this device are capable of non-stop operation and interchangeable operation when the end of a label roll or a labeling error is detected, and the entire process proceeds without skipping or double-labeling the product.

A spacious and clear user panel containing such support as memory for up to 200 labeling programs, settings notebooks, and graphical prompts allows for easy and intuitive operation.

Depending on the design version, the device can be made with two (BF model), three (BF Tandem Plus model), or four (TBF Tandem) Golf Plus labeling heads using the proprietary QRC system.

In the case of lines characterized by very high instantaneous productivity, it is also possible to configure the device in alternate operation mode, which enables operation, for example, in such applications where the limitation of productivity is the time it takes to print the label with variable data.
