DE and DE/RI series

The Compact DE and DE/RI automatic labeling units are designed to apply labels to flat or elliptic products (DE and DE/RI models); the DE/RI model, however, has an additional product rotating module, making it possible to also apply labels to cylindrical packaging along its perimeter.

Thanks to the use of unique design solutions, such as the reinforced adjustment system and angle settings of the 4DOF labeling head, operating the device is easy and user-friendly, which is appreciated especially when the format produced is frequently changed.

A clear and intuitive touch-screen control panel, combining elements such as the memory for up to 200 labeling programs, and settings notebooks referring to the analog setting indicators on the machine, make the machine extremely easy to operate and quickly train frequently rotating line staff.

The efficient and extremely durable product positioning system provides for many years of reliable operation of this construction element, and the well-thought-out design of the format jaws ensures simple and flawless replacement of the format element when changing the format produced.
