Compact RI/RC

The Compact RI or RC automatic labeling kit is an industrial, efficient yet compact system designed for labeling cylindrical products along their perimeter.

Due to the type of product rotating section used (RI or RC), it is possible to work with other nominal capacities, as well as to support possible additional labeling functions.

This group of devices, like all models of Promark Produkcja machines, is characterized by high rigidity of support elements. The use of robust construction allows not only simpler operation but also long and reliable operation of our equipment in harsh production conditions

In a system with a RI-type product rotating system (start/stop - boxer), the application is characterized by greater precision of application and it is possible to position the label in relation to the specific mark of the package or to apply the label and counter label from one film in one labeling cycle. However, the additional capacity to operate in this mode generally comes at the expense of lower achievable performance.

The Compact RC, on the other hand, is a model that allows for higher productivity. This one, however, especially for longer labels, may have less precision in applying the label to the product.
