Moderato 5

The Moderato 5 is the flagship model of the Print & Apply (P&A) labeler from Promark Produkcja. Using a number of proven design solutions, Moderato 5 has become a model that provides a high industrial standard at a reasonable price.

Moderato 5 is designed for real-time label printing and application, and performs this function directly on the production line, thus saving production time as well as minimizing the risk of mislabeled products.

The wide range of available applicators and installation components allow for easy and effective solutions to installation issues for most situations encountered in today's manufacturing plants.

Creating and uploading labels can be done in a user-friendly way using generally available label content editing tools. Label creation is no different from working in the generally known and loved text editors, and it provides support for the most commonly used 1D and 2D barcodes.

Moderato 5 also has the unique feature of populating the label's contents with data entered from the device's HMI panel. The so-called "keyboard query label" can be filled in by the operator with such data as batch number or production shift number.

In addition to the ability to save labels to the device's flash memory, Moderato 5 supports definition and the quick loading of operating parameters for up to 200 different product formats.
